a MS in Organizational Leadership with specialization in Advancing
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Organizations;
a Specialized Graduate Certificate in Strategic Innovation and Change;
Certification in Leading People and Teams; and other recognitions
for community leadership and academic research. My expertise is
as an academic, innovator, and community leader where I excel at
blending research and data with the complexity of humans to lead
sustainable change in businesses and communities driven by the
narratives beneath each story we tell.
I like to think of myself and others as mosaics where some may see jagged
or even broken pieces, but they all come together to make a
fantastically unique picture.
